Care may start in pregnancy or with preconception counseling. I practice as a modern midwife, incorporating the support & wisdom of traditional spiritual midwifery along with today's knowledge of medical obstetrics. Educating clients to be empowered for their journey of birth.

A woman's health begins with her knowledge and awareness of self. I practice in a manor that educates a woman about her body and encourages her to deepen her connection with self. Along with providing physical examinations, STD screens, & preconception counseling I further provide nutritional and well-being recommendations. Helping to create a wholeness in women's health care.
